2019 is off to a great start! The momentum with the kettlebell program is quickly growing and we are now offering classes 5 days a week at ProjectMOVE! 9am and 5:30pm Monday-Friday.

KB Strong is held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Utilize the amazing benefits of kettlebells to GET THEM GAINZ! A one hour session where you'll not only increase your skills with kettlebells, you'll also earn the strength, power and endurance you want for all of the awesome things you do in your life. It is a progressive program designed with every athlete in mind. From the complete novice to the highly advanced, every class can be modified to your ability to maximizes the results for your specific goals. It also keeps you from hitting those stubborn plateaus!

KB Flow & Shred are held on Tuesday and Thursday. Utilize the amazing benefits of kettlebells and GET SHREDDED! Flows are a combination of several different movements all done without setting the kettlebell down. They are great for the development of coordination, athleticism and memory, all while burning a ton of calories and having fun! KB Shred is a full body strength and core circuit combined with some aerobic conditioning. Shred will help you help push your limits, overcome life’s challenges and make you a more resilient human being. Use this as as a cardio builder before or after your ProjectMOVE unlimited sessions OR combine it with KB Strong for the full kettlebell experience.

StrongFIRST SFG-1 Kettlebell Certification - DENVER, August 16-18

At this three-day event, SFG Instructor candidates learn the StrongFIRST principle-based kettlebell system and the safe, proper way to use kettlebells and teach kettlebell training to others.

The following six foundational skills are taught and tested at the SFG Level I Certification:

  • Swing

  • Get-up

  • Clean

  • Press

  • Snatch

  • Squat
