Try standing close to a wall, hike pass the bell between your legs, quickly drive your hips up, keep your elbow tight to the body and pull it back slightly. Tame the arc of the kettlebell by keeping it close to the midline of your body and bringing the bell gently into the rack position. Initiate the back swing by externally rotating your thumb, dropping the bell, pushing it back between your legs and then repeat.
