We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.

By combining barbells, body weight and kettlebell the Pure Strength sessions will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

The Tactical Strength Challenge is a 1RM deadlift, max strict pull-ups and max kettlebell snatches in 5 minutes. The TSC Prep is a 12 week program designed to reach maximum strength. Expect to see massive gains in each event.
Wednesdays - Start Sept. 12th
6am – 7am
Here, we combine kettlebells with other odd objects, and high-intensity interval training so that you can build strength and blaze body fat according to your own body type and goals.

Welcome to the fundamentals. During this class, you will learn the swing, clean, snatch, press, goblet squat and Turkish get-up. These six movements are the foundation of all human movements. Mastering these will surely increase your quality of life.
